We have two comfortable B&B rooms.
One room, on the first floor, has a single bed and a private bathroom with proper shower.
This room is £55.00 per room per night including breakfast.
The second room is on the second floor and has a double bed and a private bathroom with proper shower.
This room is £70.00 per room per night including breakfast.
A cooked or continental breakfast is served in the dining room with home made bread and homemade marmalade and jams.
Free fast WiFi available.
For evening meals there is a pub within walking distance with many other pubs and restaurants nearby.
There is also a good Fish and Chip shop within walking distance.
Looking down the garden
We require a £40 deposit to reserve a double room, £30 deposit for a single room. This deposit is refundable unless cancelled less than two weeks before arrival when it is refundable only if we can relet the room
On Bank Holiday weekends we require a two night booking.
We do not accept credit or debit cards. Cash, Bank Transfers or 'old fashioned' cheques acceptable.
We do not take pets, (we have a dog of our own).
We are convenient for Eastbourne (14 miles), Seven Sisters (15 miles), Brighton (25 miles) and Batemans (8 miles).
Other distances are Dover,(58 miles) London (56 miles) and Gatwick Airport (34 miles)
We are very close to the Cuckoo Trail which is very popular with both walkers and cyclists.
The Cuckoo Trail is part of the Avenue Verte Footpath and Cycle Track that links London to Paris
There is a frequent Stagecoach bus 51 service at the end of our road. To the north it goes to Heathfield and then on the Tunbridge Wells and other destinations.
To the south it goes to Hailsham, Polegate and Eastbourne.
